Mark Primrose is a graduate of East Stroudsburg High School, having grown up in Shawnee-an-Delaware, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Mark graduated from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1983, also having been on Law Review. During the summer breaks from Law School, Mark clerked for the law firm of Cramer and Swetz and after graduation, joined the firm as an Associate. In 1986, Mark established his own practice. His partner, Peter Quigley joined the firm in 1988.
 
Mark is admitted to practice in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, Pennsylvania Middle District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and all Pennsylvania State Courts. Mark's law practice consists primarily of personal injury, litigation, real estate transactions, wills and estates, business law and family law. Since beginning the practice of law in 1983, Mark has represented hundreds of clients in litigation, jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and Master's Divorce hearings. He has served on the Monroe County Board of View for condemnation cases; he is a solicitor for the Monroe County Coroner's Office, the East Stroudsburg Elks, several property owners associations and has built an extensive practice in the general practice of law. Being a "small town lawyer," I practice in several areas:


Personal Injury: I handle all types of personal injury cases including accidents involving automobiles, motorcycles and pedestrians, slip and falls, dog bite cases, etc.


Real Estate Transactions: Throughout the years, I have represented both buyers and sellers in a multitude of real estate transactions, simple and complex and everything in between. As part of hotel and restaurant transfers, I have been involved in the transfer of many liquor licenses. I have worked with local municipalities with regards to issues of zoning for new and existing businesses.


Corporations and Other Business Matters - I have assisted clients with the forming of all types of businesses, including corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, fictitious name registrations and the contracts and agreements that are required for same.


Wills, Trusts and Estates: I have assisted clients in their personal estate planning process, including the drafting and execution of wills and powers of attorney, helping them to assure that the distribution of their estate is of their choosing. I have represented estates of all values, assuring that the wishes of the decedent are carried out.


Family Law: My practice of family law includes matters of divorce, custody and support matters. I have represented clients in no fault divorces, at support conferences, at custody conciliation conferences, at Support Master's Hearings, at Custody Hearings and at Divorce Master's Hearings.


General Civil Litigation: My practice in general civil litigation includes everything from representation at District Justice hearings to extended bench and jury trials.
